WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao today announced that Deputy Secretary of Labor Steven Law will be leaving his post in January. Law has spent nearly six years with the administration, three of which have been as deputy secretary. During this time, the Department of Labor became the first Cabinet agency to win all "green" scores from the Office of Management and Budget on the President's Management Agenda. The department also achieved landmark changes in white- collar overtime rules, union transparency requirements and pension security laws.
