Lonnie Loach wasn't exactly trying to make a statement, but he sure knows how to get his points across. All four of them, as it turned out.
The Red Wings' forward had a hand in each Adirondack goal in what turned out to be a 4-3 victory over the Moncton Hawks Tuesday night.
Loach's two goals and a pair of assists spoke volumes about the American Hockey League rookie.
As last season's scoring champion in the International League, when he accumulated 131 points for Fort Wayne, Loach signed on with the Red Wings this past summer.
