A motel in Saratoga County recently lined up $1.7 million in financing from a local bank and the president of the motel's parent corporation.
Roosevelt Motel Inc. borrowed $1.31 million from Samuel Levine on Aug. 29. Levine is the president of the motel, which recently underwent renovations that included the installation of several suites. Roosevelt Motel is located on Route 9 in Malta near Northway Exit 13. The motel also borrowed $390,000 from Adirondack Trust Co. on the same day.
