Those credit card invitations, sweepstakes with Ed McMahon's predictions of instant wealth and ads for seersucker suits that "occupants" toss by the ton might be tomorrow's toilet paper.
Known by any other name - direct mail, bulk business mail, third-class mail - many still consider it junk mail.
"Nobody wanted it before," said town Landfill Superintendent Bud Frederick.
