Employees within the Corporate Woods Office Park are thinking twice about where to toss their newspapers, glass bottles and metal cans.

In late November, the Picotte Co., which owns Corporate Woods, started a recycling program that put containers earmarked for recyclable materials at a central location on each floor of participating buildings.

Similar recycling efforts soon will be standard for almost all town businesses, as the Friday, March 1, startup date for the mandatory commerical recycling program in Colonie approaches.
