Employers in Columbia and Greene counties are invited to participate in the first Employment Opportunity Day scheduled for Thursday, March 21, from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Columbia- Greene Community College.
The event will provide an opportunity for employers and job seekers to talk face-to-face about immediate and future job openings.
The event is co-sponsored by the college, the state Department of Labor, the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia County Guidance Assocation.
The Employment Opportunity Day is a new version of the Job Fair, which had been held each May at the college.
