Dec. 23--Navigating a construction zone on West Dodge Road will be easier this winter. Crews this week pulled most of the barricades from West Dodge between 108th and 120th Streets so motorists won't have to contend with them during the winter, said Karl Burns, spokesman for the Nebraska Roods Department. That section of West Dodge is being rebuilt as part of the West Dodge Expressway project., Hawkins Construction Co. hopes to finish the rebuilding this summer, Burns said.
