Dec. 24--WELLINGTON -- Four women living in a house for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts are getting a chilly reception from their neighbors and the village. Residents of the Pinewood neighborhood have complained to the village that a sober house, run by the Hanley Center, is attracting cars and loiterers. They want it gone. The village sent a notice Nov. 31 that the house is violating code, said Rose Taliau, the village's code enforcement manager.
