Dec. 24--D-Medical Industries Ltd. (TASE: DMDC) (formerly Aryt Systems) has published a shelf prospectus for the raising of an undisclosed sum to be determined "by market conditions". In July, the company published a prospectus with the aim of raising $3-4 million in a secondary offering which never materialized. It appears as though the company is making a second attempt. D-Medical was acquired in 2004 by Zeev Bronfeld, Gal Erez, Eyal Sheratzky and Meni Mor, for $100,000. The company is currently worth NIS 45 million.
