Dec. 28--Next year figures to be a significant one for Bucks County Community College and its students. The college expects to open part of its new $16 million lower Bucks County campus in Bristol by the time fall classes begin in late August. And by the end of 2007, the administration may begin the process of hiring a contractor for a planned expansion at the upper Bucks County campus in East Rockhill.
