Dec. 29--The future of a Richmond industrial park on San Pablo's doorstep is in question now that the property apparently is for sale -- or is it? The 22-acre site is "available," according to a Cushman & Wakefield real estate sign posted on the property, which is along Giant Road just south of the Richmond Parkway overpass. Panattoni Development Corp., a national developer, has sought to develop the Richmond Parkway Commerce Center there. San Pablo City Manager Brock Arner told his City Council last week that the property is for sale.
