AT first glance twins Rebecca and Caitlin Higgins look the picture of health.
But Rebecca, 13, paid a terrible price after being teased at school as the "fat twin".
She is battling back from the anorexia that saw her admitted to hospital at death's door.
Her heart rate had dropped and her fingers and toes had turned purple. She weighed just 5st 8lb.
But last week Rebecca bravely sat down to Christmas dinner with her family as her recovery continues.
