MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Spec's Music, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPEC), one of Florida's largest specialty music retailers, has announced plans for its newest location on the corner of 5th Street and Collins Avenue, which will serve as Miami Beach's first music "superstore." 
According to Ann Lieff, Spec's president and chief executive officer, the two-story, 22,000-square-foot facility, located at 511 Collins Avenue, will be the largest free-standing music store in Miami Beach.  Miami Beach-based Comras Co. of Florida will serve as developers for the project.
