Insurance group Aegon ups stake in Hungarian printing firm Allami Nyomda to 20%
BUDAPEST. JANUARY 2. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Dutch insurance company Aegon announced on Tuesday that it increased its stake in listed Hungarian printing firm Allami Nyomda (ANY) to a combined 19.99%.
The Hungarian unit of the insurance company increased its ownership in the printer to 12.4% in the transaction, while investment fund Aegon MoneyMaxx Expressz, managed by Aegon's fund manager Aegon Befektetesi Alapkezelo Zrt, increased its share in ANY to 7.59%.
