Dec. 31--EDITOR APPOINTED: Kathryn E. Carr has been named editor of the Professional Car Care B2B Trade Group at NTP Media, Latham, a publisher of business-to-business print and electronic magazines.
She is responsible for directing the editorial content of Professional Carwashing & Detailing magazine.
A Watertown native and Watertown High School graduate, Ms. Carr holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University at Albany and is a former Watertown Daily Times intern. She resides in Halfmoon.
