Suddenly, they're everywhere.
Newsweek reports that congresswomen are passing around "dumb men" jokes, the hot take-off on last year's "dumb blond" jokes. The Sally Forth comic strip is playfully analyzing the popularity of the put-downs. They are popping up on the University of Michigan's computer network.
And in Lansing, Mich., someone - a man, of all people! - recently handed a list of dumb-men jokes to a female National Organization for Women lobbyist.
