Echoing the words of the rest of the milk and dairy products trade, he told The Grocer he believed there would be no "miracles" as stores continued their emphasis on price.

His cheese sales, now worth around 18m[pounds] in the UK, were up by 500,000[pounds]. Much of this is due to the rise in popularity of instant fondue within the meals sector and increased supplies of product to food manufacturers.
