Hungary's incumbent telco Magyar Telekom ups integrator T-Systems stake, inks deal with parent

BUDAPEST. JANUARY 2. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Hungarian incumbent telco Magyar Telekom (MT) purchased Tuesday a further 2% of systems integrator T-Systems Hungary from T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH, the systems integrator arm of its parent company Deutsche Telekom (DT), and says it will purchase a 100% stake by the end of the second quarter.

The HUF 60 mln (USD 320,000) transaction brings MT's stake in T-Systems Hungary to 51%.
