Craig Richardson bursts into the room, carrying his latest product, a greeting card with a self-inflating balloon inside. Like his conversation, his handshake is fast and furious. No time to be wasted here. He wants to talk about Ka- Bloon.
Seconds later, he is stuffing a videotape into a VCR. A San Diego newscast pops on the screen, showing customers and shop owners as they ooh and aah over the greeting card with the explosive message.
