Jan. 4--With expanded product labeling, a television network devoted to food and the vast resources of the Internet, consumers know more than ever about what they are eating. In light of that, the Food and Drug Administration's proposal to sell milk and meat from cloned animals without labeling the food bucks the trend toward more transparency.
