ALBANY If it's donated locally, Lou Murnighan promises it will be delivered to victims of ``ethnic cleansing'' in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Albany man has made three trips to the war-torn former Yugoslavia in the last five months, carrying hundreds of pounds of medical supplies and more than $10,000 in cash donated by individuals and through hospitals, Catholic churches and businesses in the Capital Region.
