BETHLEHEM Located only approximately 15 minutes south of Albany, on Route 396 between Routes 9W and 32 along the Onesquethaw Creek, South Bethlehem is a hamlet that's lacking in some amenities that are usually key factors when people today look for a home to buy. But the residents of South Bethlehem don't want to change a thing.
Situated in the southernmost part of the town of Bethlehem, South Bethlehem benefits from all the town's services except for public water and sewer. The hamlet is still depending on wells and septic systems.
