Four fixtures of modern life the computer, the microwave oven, the electric blanket and the cellular phone have come under suspicion because of the electromagnetic fields they create. Here's what research has shown:
Computers. In the early 1980s, researchers found several ``clusters'' of miscarriages among women who worked at video display terminals also known as VDTs or computer monitors.
