GREEN ISLAND Mayor John J. McNulty Jr., a powerful supporter of the proposed American Ref-Fuel trash incinerator, wants to make sure Albany Common Council members fully understand the project from the firm's perspective.
The village will sponsor a buffet supper and presentation on the project for all Common Council members and Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, at Fitzgerald's Restaurant in the Albany Omni hotel.
