MEXICO CITY and PHOENIX, Ariz., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Consorcio G Grupo Dina, S.A. de C.V. (Dina) (NYSE: DIN) and Motor Coach Industries International, Inc. (MCII) (NYSE: MCO) announced that the merger of MCII with a wholly owned subsidiary of Dina was completed today.
