BETHEL The Bethel '94 concert may be kaput, but authorities are still expecting thousands of visitors to show up at the original Woodstock site on the 25th anniversary of the concert.
The Sullivan County Board of Supervisors plans to meet in emergency session today to plot a strategy for keeping the peace on the weekend of Aug. 12-14.
``We have to keep the roads clear. We have to provide police protection. We have to make sure people have food and water,'' County Administrator Linda Green said Tuesday.
