Juan Gonzalez, a millionaire Mexican businessman, and Gary Van Dam, his Southern California golfing buddy, are sure of it.
Now, all they have to do is get the dreamers and their checkbooks to a 10,000-square-foot orange-brick warehouse near downtown Dallas.
