Next weekend's outdoors show in downtown Albany might have undergone several name, appearance and interests changes since its debut at the Empire State Plazain 1987. However, one attraction has not only outlasted all those alterations but has actually grown in popularity.
Introduced for the show's second year, the Wildlife Food Emporium is again setting up its cooking-and-serving stands in an area near the base of The Egg to serve gourmets and others who are willing to experiment and "go gustatorily wild" -- literally!
