Article: COHOES MAN INDICTED AFTER DWI-RELATED CRASH INJURED FAMILY.(CAPITAL REGION)

A 32-year-old father with a prior conviction for drunken driving was indicted Tuesday on felony driving-while-intoxicated and vehicular assault charges stemming from an allegedly alcohol-related crash that sent the man's wife and four children to the hospital.

Brian D. Moshier of 48 Manor Avenue Sites, Cohoes, will be arraigned Friday on a variety of charges resulting from an accident that occurred during the early morning hours of March 10. The indictment alleges that Moshier drunkenly drove his two-door Renault into a tractor-trailer while his wife and four children, aged 5 to 11, were in the car.
