If "House Party 3" were actually a party -- which it's not -- it would be 4 a.m., the police would be at the door and someone would have just thrown up in your shoes.
It's time, in other words, to turn out the lights and go the hell home. The freshness is as long gone as the Hudlin brothers, who produced the original "House Party." And even executive producers George Jackson and Doug McHenry, who directed the harmless "House Party 2," have handed off the third like an unwanted child. Director Eric Meza, the bemused new parent, isn't expected to turn out anything new, and doesn't.
