Laurence Olivier didn't do "Dallas," Henry Fonda didn't visit "Dynasty" and Katharine Hepburn hasn't debuted on "Melrose Place."
But at age 78, two-time Oscar winner Anthony Quinn is wading into the world of "telenovelas," Spanish-language soap operas, with Zorba-like gusto.
"I've never worked in Spanish," the Mexican-born actor -- no, he's not Greek -- said in a phone interview from his New York home last week. "It will be a great challenge for the director and me."
Quinn does speak Spanish daily, though, and taught it to his eight children. "I thought I'd better have somebody to speak Spanish ...
