Jan. 5--The Port Arthur teen with a bullet in his forehead could reach an agreement today with prosecutors to remove the slug, lawyers in the case said Thursday.
Law enforcers believe the bullet in 17-year-old Joshua Bush's head is evidence in a case in which a teen tried to shoot a man following a Port Arthur car-lot burglary.
But Bush will only consent to surgery if he is permitted to choose the surgeon, his family can attend the operation and the bullet's removal is videotaped and photographed, Rife Kimler, Bush's attorney, said Thursday.
