Buy Saratoga County program is a work in progress ... and it involves just about everyone in the county in some form or other.
It began a bit more than a year ago as a collaborative effort among the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, county chambers of commerce, local businesses, the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation and local residents.
