QUETTA , January 04 (PPI): Higher Education Commissions Monographs and Textbook Writing Scheme will soon make available seven new monographs and three textbooks which will be on sale by the end of the current month. HEC sources said in Islamabad Thursday that the Monograph and Textbook Writing Scheme is expected to fulfill the shortage of textual and support material. It will also encourage academicians to become quality writers, and thus create a strong cadre of academic authors.
