I ask myself, what is the root of peace?
Oft I forget how at war I really am. Needlessly, I obsess over the victories of my Oregon Ducks each Saturday. I war. Unnecessarily, I focus on winning each argument I have with my wife. I war. Consistently, I treat my drive down 18th Avenue as a fight-to-the-death contest just to arrive with my sanity intact (and my car, too). I war.
