Andrea Lambeth isn't sure of all the details surrounding the Jet Award of Merit, given once a year by the Belgian Sheepdog Club of America.
Recently her dog, Wildland's Indiana Jones, aka Indy, received the accolade at the club's annual dinner held in Reading, Pa., because of an incident that happened two years ago on an afternoon in June.
Lambeth, a resident of Rexford, explained that she had just returned from her classes at the Ellis Hospital School of Nursing, entered her basement door and climbed the stairs to her kitchen, thinking she had bolted the basement door.
