TROY -- Like the mountain climber who tries yet again because the challenge is irresistible or the juggler who reaches for just one more ball, pianist/composer Joseph Fennimore plays piano recitals just for the Zen of it.
Albany native and graduate of Rochester's Eastman School of Music, Fennimore gave his farewell performance in a New York City recital in 1974 at age 34, vowing to spend his serious time composing and teaching (this is his 40th year teaching, both privately in his studio and at The College of Saint Rose College where he is Visiting Professor of Music).
