``Yadda, yadda, yadda'': classic catch phrase or one-week wonder?

Several characters in last week's ``Seinfeld'' -- which was titled, by the way, ``The Yadda Yadda'' -- tossed the phrase about with abandon, until George found out that his new girlfriend was blithely using it as a euphemism for some unpleasant realities.

The Y-phrase, a synonym for the more familiar ``blah, blah, blah,'' is likely to be much in vogue around the fax machine for the next few workdays. Whether it's one for the books, though, is anyone's guess.
