PARIS -- Sinn Fein, the political voice of the terrorist IRA, could emerge for the first time as the biggest nationalist party in Northern Ireland in the upcoming British general election, Irish analysts warn.
If that occurs, some of the blame will rest with President Clinton.
A number of experts predict Sinn Fein will double its share of the vote in the election, expected in May, despite its refusal to condemn the renewal of bombings and assassinations by the party's masters in the Irish Republican Army.
