MIAMI -- Thank God for sea lice and the federal government.
This is a phrase never written before, almost certainly, and will probably never be seen again. So let us explain.
Sea lice are microscopic jelly fish, found in Florida waters from March to August. They become trapped under swimsuits and inject toxins into the skin causing stinging. If you follow the laws of Florida, and wear a swimsuit, there isn't much you can do to avoid attracting them.
Now comes a report from the U.S. Department of Health, which suggests that the best way to avoid sea lice is to simply remove said swimsuit:
