Jan. 7--Even in the dark of a Minnesota winter, Bonnie and Bob Dehn's farm is green and warm and bursting with new life. Inside one greenhouse, a carpet of fresh basil is almost ready to harvest. In another, a large crop of watercress is growing for the post-holiday dieting crowd. Elsewhere are tables filled with tarragon and marjoram, pineapple sage and chocolate mint, an encyclopedia of kitchen herbs filling 20 greenhouses. Of course, there's also some sad-looking rosemary, which Bonnie quickly writes off as a crop failure. "You're going to lose some this time of year because of Minnesota's lack of sun," she said. "It happens."
