Police have taken the next step in pursuing administrative misconduct charges against two police officers in connection with the Jermaine Henderson case by appointing arbitrators who will serve as judges in hearings for the pair, but an apparent delay in filing the charges could hurt the department's efforts to press the case.
Joseph Brennan, the attorney representing the Police Department, said hearings could be held within the next month.
