In March 2006 the ATMS Code of Ethics and Code of Practice was reviewed by the Code Review Committee. In late June 2006 the Committee released the first draft of the Code of Conduct which was to replace the Code of Ethics and Code of Practice. All members were invited to make comment on the draft Code of Conduct by 17 July 2006. Anumber of submissions were received from the membership as well as a practitioner statutory regulatory agency. All submissions were taken into account by the Code Review Committee in the development of the final version of the Code.
