NOCO Energy Corp., Tonawanda, N.Y., has announced that the company has been approved and authorized by the New York State Public Service Commission to sell natural gas and electricity to homeowners across the region. To augment the company's existing Residential Customer Service Group, NOCO has hired eight new employees to handle the growing volume of new customers.
