ALBANY -- Some environmentalists say they regret their initial support for the governor's $1.5 billion environmental bond act, a stance that pits them against business groups.
Four environmental groups have joined to denounce the proposed bond act. Two of them lauded the proposal when Gov. George Pataki unveiled it last month.
