McCLELLANVILLE, S.C. -- Ted Rosengarten's father, from Brooklyn, calls his son's house ``the end of the oith.'' In a sense he's right. The home sits on some 25 acres of secluded land overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, and it's a pain to get to. You have to traverse a dirt road, a half-mile stretch of ``driveway'' and a marshland walkover -- all the while battling the horseflies and mosquitoes -- before you find civilization: a Honda sitting beneath a carport.
