They walk among us, but often we never know they are there. They stand by our sides, but they usually feel alone. They live a secret life of which we're unaware. And before we know it, some of them will die.
People with eating disorders live a double life filled with many dark secrets and guilty feelings that lurk below seemingly normal exteriors.
