RYE BROOK -- U.S. Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan drew more bad reviews from disgruntled state Democratic leaders Thursday, when he scrapped a planned speech on the need to address upstate's economic problems for a 20-minute talk on Pakistan's detonation of nuclear warheads.
``I think he stinks,'' said Oneida County Democratic Chairman Guy Fraccola. ``I didn't like his speech. And I don't like him.''
