SAN FRANCISCO -- People, people who need people -- maybe those people need a museum, too, a place where memories light the corners of their minds.
That was about what Ken Joachim thought when he conceived the idea for what he bills as the world's first store-cum-museum dedicated solely to Barbra Streisand, a reverently glitzy little shrine that opened over the weekend in the largely gay Castro section of San Francisco.
But ``You know that song she sings, `Don't Rain on My Parade'?'' Joachim, 39, asked. ``That's the attitude I took about this, and it took on a life of its own.''
