6.30am
My day starts when the alarm clock sounds at half past six, but the real business starts when I step into the shower. My brain will be ticking through the priorities of the day at home and in the office.
By the time I head downstairs, my plan is already more or less set. I tend to skip breakfast, grabbing a banana or an apple.
